Kawaiishadow is a soft pastel rainbow, a set of five creamy almost-matte eyeshadows with a soft satin finish, wonderful pigmentation (par the course for Shiro) and exceptional presentation. The packaging is absolutely adorable and having been witness to the idea's inception I'm ridiculously proud of Caitlin for making something so exquisitely lovely.
It's $28, which is wonderful value, breaking down to $5.60 per eyeshadow - a snip over the usual eyeshadow price, because of the gift-set packaging. The five eyeshadows (full-size, 2g net weight in a 5g sifter jar) come packaged as above, jars labelled appropriately and adorably with a selection of anime-esque expressions and the colour's name in Japanese Kanji. Packaged in a quaint little box with tissue and love and ribbon and pieces of authentic Japanese candy, for added kawaii.

One of my good friends Lo, and I both helped occasionally with some ideas (it was Lo's contribution that moved the line from neon to bright pastels) and so we each got to name one.
I don't think I've ever been more excited by five eyeshadows, which is pretty weird. This is the cutest, bestest, most adorable set I have ever seen and it's also top of my "Christmas gift recommendations thing" type list. It comes perfectly presented for gift-giving, is handmade, absolutely unique and completely charming. It'd also go great with Morgana's new pastel lipstick release!
