Some Placebos Can Be Delicious.

Like the sexy singing variety, or Shrinkle's new make-up line, Sugarpill Cosmetics, which launched today.
Mere hours ago, in fact. I ordered as soon as I woke up, and checked out the site and all. Needless to say, I'm ridiculously excited.

Order now and you'll be pre-ordering for February 15th when they start shipping. It's less than a week to wait, which is quite short for a pre-ordering run, and you get 15% off for your trouble with the code hello15.

If you live under a rock, in a cave, on Mars, you might have managed to miss the Sugarpill hype. I, for one, have very high hopes for it, I'm expecting Sugarpill to be all the things I wanted Lime Crime to be (no pressure, Shrinkle) and if you're not convinced, did I mention they make pressed eyeshadows, too?

A snippet of some of the shades available. Click for more!

Available in singles at $12 (same for both loose, and pressed and no, the pressed eyeshadows aren't just pressed versions of the loose, they're different entirely) and in a ridiculously pretty-packaged quad for $34. Pressed eyeshadows are 4 grams, compared to MAC's 1.5 grams, and loose is 5 grams, which is pretty huge either way you look at it.

Gorgeous packaging, orders also get free glitter logo stickers.

Yes, she ships internationally, everywhere in the world, and the international shipping is a very reasonable flat-rate: $6 for orders under $20, $8 for $20-40, and so on. Orders over $75 ship free, anywhere, and if I were you, I wouldn't worry about customs. *Ambiguous*

Wait, why are you still reading this? Click that giant image (or here) and go check it out!

Oh, fairly obviously, all images used belong to Shrinkle & Sugarpill Cosmetics, although I cropped 'em and added borders, so if you nick 'em, I'll be grumpy.

Hahaha, I ended up buying a couple of her shadows (a pressed one and a loose one), the minute the site went live. I'm excited to get it and see how it compares to my other stuff.

To be honest, Im kinda disappointed that her range isnt bigger. I was expecting a lot more products considering how long it took to launch the site and range, but eh.

I'm sure the existing products are awesome, and I'll just wait to see if the line expands more.

Hurrraaay! Although I don't get a big paycheque again until April. Hurroo.

Still, plenty of time to compile a wishlist whose value would rebuild Haiti, then. *Guilt*

I think I looked at her site about 5 times, cause it's just so exciting. Unfortunately for me, I said no makeup buying..so my purchase will probably have to wait until April. D:

But at least I'll get to check out some reviews! But I have no doubt that they'll be mostly awesome. :) I've seen looks she's done with her products and they're fabulous. And I'm EXTRA stoked that she has PRESSED shadows.

The packaging is really cute. I'm going to have to pass on the purchase as I've been beating the heck outta my wallet lately and still have a few more things on my list.

They look nice and bright right up your alley Ana. :O)

Man, I'd so buy stuff if I wasn't broke. I really want the white for highlighter.

Wait.. WTF! I'm not normally into eyeshadow, and I hardly wear it.. why do I want to buy it?!

They look really cute! However, I already own bright, pressed matte colors. I don't know how this palette compares to sugar pill quality wise, but it is def. more affordable for those who can't shell out too much money right now...
