Been a bit too blog-happy lately, so I'll even things out with a nice rant. I have a few subjects saved up - who would you like to read a not-so-shining-post on first?
Okay - I know Lime Crime is winning the poll and all, but I've already written the MAC post and it seems stupid to sit on it, when you could be reading that, while I'm writing Lime Crime. So I'll post Lime Crime tomorrow :]

8 January 2010 11:45Muckraking's always fun to read, but I went for MAC. 'Cos I always feel like a right cheap-arse when I look at their stuff, think 'Hmm, pretty... but *how* much?' and I'd like my tightwadness vindicated. Specially when all the reasonably-priced stuff is of such excellence.

I have loads of Pure Luxe samples all bought with no idea that the colours might not be original and all bought with the thought of hey cool, I'am getting amazing colours *and* helping a friendly small business so I'd love to see a rant on them. I'm only just now finding out that they rebatch and I ran across a really nasty blog comment sayng it was from their owner about the pops collection and am now very curious to hear more.
8 January 2010 12:51I'd feel more duped after seeing a price breakdown and finding out my dollar samples haven't been such a good deal after all if not for that I live in Canada and they did not charge me any extra shipping or customs. Still, I'm looking into other companies for when I've used up some of the large collection I've amassed from PL.
Ok, is it bad that I want to see all of the above? And soon? I'm so impatient!

8 January 2010 19:40If you're tired of being stung on shipping, check Fyrinnae out. Not only do you get free INTERNATIONAL shipping on a $20 order, but they mark all packages under $20 value so being stung by customs is very very rare, UK is pretty bad for it and I haven't been hit yet, since $20 slides under the radar (even when I've ordered more).
