EOTD: 7 Colour Rainbow

Did a look using my new Sleek palette, finally. I wanted to try and use as much of the palette as possible, so tried to do a proper rainbow look - red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, violet.

It was a real challenge trying to fit so many colours on my lids, so the messiness is due to my inexperience rather than the quality of the eyeshadow.

I found it was difficult to get the colour out of the yellow, probably because of old powder residue on my brush, and found it disappeared after blending, so I applied MAC's Primary Yellow pigment over the top in the yellow section.

What I Used:

Eyes:
Urban Decay Primer Potion
Sleek iDivine Eyeshadow Palette in Chaos
MAC Pigment in Primary Yell0w
Boots' 17 Vintage Collection Eyeshadow in Yeah Baby as highlight Bourjois Kohl Pencil in Black
L'Oreal Telescopic Mascara

Skin:
Holland & Barrett aloe moisturiser
Camelia Rose Skin Soothing Primer
Benefit Boi-Ing concealer in 01 Light
Benefit Get Even Foundation in 01 Light
Silk Naturals Sheer Blush in Vixen

Lips:
No. 7 Moisture Drench lipstick in Golden Rose

Sleek iDivine Eyeshadow Palette in Chaos - £4.49

Gorgeous look Anastasia! I love the colors on you! I agree with Jen I wish we had that palette here in the US too! Id pay you to CP me one! :)

Anyways to answer your question, I noticed it helps to rub the shadestick tip on a warm soft hand to warm up the stick so it glides on a bit easier, I hate that about the shadesticks how "hard" it is and tugs on your lids, but if it's a bit warm and soft it goes on like butter!

Very pretty! I'm glad to have found another lover of colorful looks ;) Keep it up. The palette is so tempting! Sadly, we don't have em here in Malaysia.
